Return Policy (EU Customers)

Customers within the European Union have the right to return products purchased from our website within 14 days of receipt of product, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. To initiate a return, please email our customer service team  info@precisethickn.co.uk within 14 days after the product is delivered.  Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

If there is a problem with any Products that you have received (for example if the Products are defective, or if you believe the Products are not as described), please contact Us on: info@precisethickn.co.uk or +44 (0)20 3773 7085. We honour Our legal duty to provide you with Products that are as described by Us and that meet all the requirements imposed by law. If you are entitled to a refund or replacement of the Products in accordance with your legal rights, We may ask you to return the Products to Us, in which case you must return them to them within 14 days of Our request. We will reimburse you for the reasonable costs of returning the Products to Us using a courier company; please provide Us with evidence of such costs so that We can reimburse you. You should ensure the Products are appropriately and securely packaged prior to return.
